Spring Creek Texas Beef is owned and operated by Rick and Elizabeth Van Hersh. We are located outside of Plainview, Texas, smack-dab between two major Texas cities: Lubbock and Amarillo.

Spring Creek Texas Beef specializes in hearty, ranch-raised, black Angus beef that is grass-fed, grain-finished, and hormone free. We have both always enjoyed the superior quality, marbling, and taste of the beef we have raised and finished ourselves and are so excited to share it with all of you! We believe there is a growing need for knowing where your food comes from. We take pride in how we raise our beef and are here to share our safe, healthy protein choice with you.

Our beef is all dry aged for 21-28 days (more than the industry standard) for tenderness and flavor you won’t find in many other places. We strive to provide the finest beef and we want you to know the story behind it, too.
